Meet Megan Thomas, a valued member of our project team, who brings extensive experience and dedicated commitment to her role as a Contract Administrator. With over a decade of industry expertise since 2010, Megan's dedication to the construction field is evident in all her work.

Estimator
Henry Ole
Meet Henry Ole, the experienced and trusted estimator of Watcon Building Group. Henry has completed a cadetship in Quantity Surveying and has a Bachelor of Urban and regional development, Quantity Surveying, cost engineering and Town Planning.
Henry thrives in team settings and enjoys building strong relationships with diverse stakeholders. He enjoys leveraging his skills and personality in a range of settings.
His experience as an estimator and contract administrator has deepened his knowledge if the subcontractor market and construction methodologies. Henry is a great asset to our team.

Jesse’s ability to adapt and thrive in different roles within the construction sector allowed him to transition naturally into project management. In this capacity, he led teams, managed timelines, and oversaw multiple aspects of construction projects, from budgeting to scheduling, ensuring high-quality outcomes and efficient workflows.
His leadership in project management has been marked by a meticulous approach to problem-solving, resource allocation, and stakeholder coordination, earning him a reputation for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Contracts Administrator
Wes Andrade
Meet Wes Andrade, a knowledgeable and dedicated member of Watcon Building Group. With over 7 years of construction experience, Wes brings a lot to the table.
Wes began his construction career as an apprentice plasterer, which sparked his passion for the industry. Through his hard work, commitment and desire to further his career, he worked his way up to his current position as a building cadet.
His ability to work seamlessly with various stakeholders, ranging from architects and engineers to contractors and clients, ensures that projects stay on track and meet objectives effectively.

Site Manager
Josh Dietz
Meet Josh Dietz, a driven and resourceful member of Watcon Building Group. Josh brings over a decade of hands-on construction experience to every project.
He started as a carpenter with a high-end residential builder in 2013 and moved to the commercial game in 2016 and progressively moved up through different roles from a carpenter, to site foreman to site manager.
His commitment to achieving tangible results and emphasis on on-site excellence contribute significantly to driving project progress and success.
